On Monday the student council from Okuku ran a dress up day to support the Cholmondeley Children's Home.  The home has been devastated by the recent earthquake and we decided to do something to make them feel better.  Each class was given a list of items from their wishlist which included: board games, DVD's, toiletries, art and craft items and pe equipment.  We were overwhelmed by the response from the community and plan to visit the school in their new home at Living Springs shortly.
